About Westminster Village

Formerly the site of family housing for Eaker Air Force Base, Westminster Village is a non-profit retirement community designed for people 55 years and older.

Offering the freedom of maintenance-free independent living with the flexibility of an affordable rental program, Westminster Village enables you to remain close to the best of Blytheville — near fishing at Big Lake, as well as convenient access to Memphis, Tennessee; Jonesboro, Arkansas; and St. Louis, Missouri. Monthly rental fees start at $595 with no endowment fee required.
