Our History

In 1996, the first Westminster Village neighbors moved into the family housing at the former Eaker Air Force Base,, one of the U.S. Air Force’s key military bases, where troops were trained and housed through World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
Veterans continue to be a major part of the rich fabric of Westminster Village and we are proud that we are home to so many military Veterans. We provide more than a comfortable place to live – we offer an affordable, relaxing and enjoyable lifestyle befitting these brave men and women. We extend our commitment to Veterans by recognizing them with a distinguished Wall of Honor – a way for us to show appreciation for the sacrifices they have made on our behalf.
Westminster Village continues to be a thriving community for all.
