Live Worry-Free

Worry-free is how you’ll live every day at Westminster Village, because we include a wide range of services — all at no additional charge — for security and convenience.

We provide 24-hour security throughout our neighborhood, in conjunction with the Blytheville Police Department. Residents also have 24-hour access for maintenance emergencies, such as lockouts.  The Helpline is always there whenever you need it.

Complimentary services include:

• Smoke detector in each home

• All building and grounds maintenance
  (including grass mowing, scheduled home maintenance, appliance repair)

• Free RV and boat parking (no hook-ups)

• Additional amenities for residents 55 and over

• To promote healthy independent living for residents 55 and over, Silver Sneakers aerobics.​
