Live Worry-Free

Worry-free is how you’ll live every day at Westminster Village, because we include a wide range of services — all at no additional charge — for security and convenience.

We provide 24-hour security throughout our neighborhood, in conjunction with the Blytheville Police Department. Residents also have 24-hour access for maintenance emergencies, such as lockouts.  The Helpline is always there whenever you need it.

Complimentary services include:

• Smoke detector in each home

• All building and grounds maintenance
  (including grass mowing, scheduled home maintenance, appliance repair)

• Free RV and boat parking (no hook-ups)

• Additional amenities for residents 55 and over

• To promote healthy independent living for residents 55 and over, a Registered Nurse is available two days a week to provide blood pressure checks, help with medications, and offer other routine services.

• Transportation for residents 55 and over is provided for residents to local grocery stores and pharmacies each week. We also have transportation services by request for residents to regional physicians at reasonable costs.

• Our Resident Services Program for residents 55 and over is full of an assortment of activities and local trips to choose from, just take your pick, no need to be bored and periodic out of town trips at a reasonable cost.  (Ex: trips to New Orleans, cruises, trips to Sikeston, Jonesboro, Memphis Redbirds games and other cultural events, etc.) Traveling is no hardship in the comfort of our 15 passenger bus with handicap accessible lift. (made possible from grant funding from the Carl B. and Florence E. King Foundation and an anonymous donor)
